What to Expect
Each JYM Class is a carefully curated 2-hour communal therapy session blending:
Gentle movement – to ease tension and awaken the body
Guided meditation & breath work – to soften the mind
Journaling & group reflection – to explore what’s present for you
Community connection – a space to be seen, heard, and held
JYM CLASS is led by ZEN:MNM founders Marcus and Miranda Lattimore, alongside collaborating artists and wellness specialists.
No experience needed. Just bring a journal, wear something comfortable, and come as you are.

How can I prepare for JYM Class?
Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a journal and a pen, and, if you’d like, a yoga mat or favorite blanket to sit on.
Where do we gather?
We meet online, or in our intimate, welcoming space designed for reflection and connection. We can also come to you or your team. Be sure to add location details in your initial contact email.
Is JYM Class always held outside?
Most JYM Class sessions are held outside between April and September, but can be held inside to accommodate different needs.
Do I need yoga or meditation experience?
Not at all. JYM Class is for everyone—whether you’re new to movement and mindfulness or have an existing practice. Every session is designed to meet you where you are.
What if I’m not a “writer”?
You don’t have to be. Our journaling prompts are designed for self-reflection, not perfection. There’s no right or wrong way to do this—just bring an open mind.
How long is the class?
Each JYM Class is about 2 hours—a spacious, intentional time to pause, breathe, move, and write.
What if a potential guest is feeling uncertain about joining?
