Step into the slow rhythm of summer with this creative wellness experience that blends shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) with haiku writing. As we move mindfully through nature, you’ll be guided to awaken your senses, reflect on seasonal themes, and craft simple poems rooted in presence. No writing or hiking experience needed. Street Books Fundraiser at Up Up Books with poetry by ZEN:MNM’s Marcus Lattimore. Enjoy an evening of spoken word poetry by some of Portland’s powerful poets, and support the vital work Street Books does, providing literature and a community of care on the streets of Portland.
