What We Offer

ZEN:MNM provides nature-based wellness experiences for teams, organizations, and community groups. Our offerings are designed to support nervous system regulation, connection, and sustainable well-being.

Led by Miranda and Marcus Lattimore, our work integrates trauma-informed care, forest therapy, and spoken word to create meaningful, memorable experiences.

Workplace Wellness Immersion (2-Day Experience)

We begin not with instruction—but with listening.

This two-day experience is designed to understand your team’s rhythms before offering care.

Day One: Observe + Connect
We spend time with your team in their natural environment—walking alongside their day, noticing pace, stress points, and opportunities for restoration. This may include light conversation, shared time outdoors, or simply witnessing the flow of the work.

Day Two: Restore + Reconnect
Based on what we’ve observed, we guide a tailored wellness experience for your team. This may include forest therapy, gentle movement, mindfulness practices, and live poetry woven throughout.

The result is an experience that feels deeply relevant, grounded, and supportive of your team’s real needs.

This offering is especially supportive for teams engaged in land stewardship, community care, and mission-driven work.

Core Offerings:

  • Slow, sensory-based nature immersions that invite rest, reflection, and connection to place.

  • Grounding practices, gentle movement, and mindfulness tools to support staff well-being and prevent burnout.

  • Live spoken word woven into nature-based experiences—ideal for storytelling initiatives and creative reflection.

  • Half-day or full-day gatherings designed to restore, reconnect, and inspire teams.
